Studying Communication. Territories and foundations of an educational project

Scienze.com is the Observatory on Communication Academic Courses of the Communication Science Faculty and Graduate Course Italian Committee. Since 2004 it constantly monitors the quality of Science of Communication’s study programs at a national level and the relationships between the Italian universities, their territories and the market in the field of communication. This book illustrate the current situation of the Italian academic courses on communication on the base of a ten-years perspective. The essays cover topics such as the evolution of the courses, the flux of the students, the “capitals” of the Communication Studies, the difference between public and private universities. The chapter aims to the capital cities of Communication, the didactic programmes and the strategies and guidance for Communication studies.
