Chapter 20 of the book "Theories and Techniques of Corporate Social Responsibility" is dedicated to the innovative concept of Territorial Social Responsibility (TRS), which looks to be a new frontier in theme of CSR, because it identifies the interventions and the policies of sustainable development managed with the active contribution of a multiplicity of Public Institutions, Companies, No Profit Associations on a shared districtual or territorial area; it debates than tha main features of the Territorial Social Responsibility interventions, aimed to enhance the strategic relationships which develop a terrritorial sustainable improvement; it touches than the theme of integrated urban development and specifically the main tool of European Union policies in the field, the Programme URBACT; it finally closes with the introduction of an intervention model developed by the urbanist and architect Claudio Cipollini to face the processes of develpoment in a systemic and integrated path, which is described in the metaphor of the "complex hand".
Il Capitolo XX del volume Teorie e tecniche della Responsabilità Sociale d’Impresa è dedicato all’innovativo concetto di Responsabilità Sociale Territoriale (RST), che costituisce a tutti gli effetti una nuova frontiera in tema di CSR, poiché contraddistingue gli interventi e le politiche di sviluppo sostenibile condotte con il concorso attivo di una pluralità di enti pubblici, imprese e associazioni non profit sui territori; tratta quindi delle caratteristiche degli interventi di RST, volti a favorire le relazioni strategiche che sviluppano un progresso territoriale sostenibile; tocca quindi il tema dello sviluppo urbano integrato e in particolare dal principale strumento di cui si è dotata in materia l’Unione Europea, il Programma URBACT; si chiude infine dando alcuni cenni su di un modello di intervento tracciato dall'urbanista e architetto Claudio Cipollini per affrontare i processi dello sviluppo in modo integrato e sistemico, quello racchiuso nella metafora della “mano complessa”.
