The theme of the work is always at the center of political and cultural debate. In times of crisis, this issue becomes even more dramatic and often takes reliefs. This manual aims to contribute on the one hand to analyze the new framework that is emerging and the other trace a brief summary of the Reformation Fornero or an upgrade of contractual and management of the market and the system work. To match demand and supply of labor at a critical moment represents a far greater challenge than finding the two extremes often operate in a new social order and rules often with new and ever-changing.

Il tema del lavoro è da sempre al centro del dibattito politico e culturale. In momenti di crisi tale tematica diventa ancora più centrale e spesso assume rilievi drammatici. Il presente manuale vuole contribuire da una parte ad analizzare il nuovo framework che si sta delineando e dall'altra tracciare una breve sintesi della Riforma Fornero ovvero un aggiornamento dell'impianto contrattuale e gestionale del mercato e del sistema lavoro.
