The aim of this essay is to outline, according to the theoretical model of the first year research, the application methodology for the assessment of potential energy of a territory, divided into urban cells.Each urban cell area has to be studied for its geographical and climatic general conditions, starting by evaluating the area as if it were wild, “not built”, in order to observe its "maximum potential energy" and, thereafter, proceeding with the analysis of the area as it is now (built, unbuilt, protected areas, etc) with all its constraints. The area assessment will be complete considering the FER system installation feasibility, taking into account the willingness of local population to accept energy renovation works on their territory.
