L'A analizza l'ipotesi in cui la sentenza sia motivata per relationem ad altra sentenza, del medesimo organo giudicante e emessa in altro provvedimento. Lo studio si caratterizza per l'approfondita disamina giurisprudenziale, nonchè per la ricostruzione sistematica della fattispecie nel più ampio contesto della necessità di una adeguata motivazione della sentenza.
