Questo eclettismo è stato spesso all’origine di fraintendimenti ed equivoci, generando l’impressione che gli argomenti trattati nelle sue opere si alternassero senza un autentico centro di interesse e senza che vi fossero evidenti connessioni tra l’uno e l’altro.
