As to the study site, at present involved into strong changes due to the crossing of the high-speed rail network (TAV), it is requested, in relation with the Europan theme, a project aimed to improve the possibilities implicit in the theme of mobility, multimodality and diversity of means of transport. With reference to the site of project, the topic coincides with the main principle of Europan –create town- with attention to the multifunctionality and urban intensity, thought as a chance to reconsider the logic of transformation of urban spaces and the public spaces that, due to the presence of the oncoming Mediopadana intermodal railway station, will become an essential element of this area.
