With a musical, athletic and equestrian contest; the latter held in the circus and related to the factions of Blues and Greens; a geographically arranged list of victors in the Kapetolia; a discussion of the social background of the athletes and of the associations of athletes and performers; a discussion of the prizes, the president and the history of the agon. The book concludes with a prosopography of victors in the Kapetolia.
