This articles examines the creation and the development of the European parliamentary bureaucracy from the Common Assembly of the ECSC to the Parliament of the three Communities. This administrative structure played a very important role in the process of gradual affirmation of the Parliament inside the Community's institutional system.
Este articulo reconstruye la génesis y el desarrollo de la burocracia parlamentaria comunitaria a partir de la Asamblea comùn de la CECA hasta el Parlamento de las tres Comunidades. Esta estructura tuvo un papel muy importante en el proceso de atestaciòn gradual del Parlamento dentro del sistema institucional comunitario.
