Although endomyocardial biopsy is still considered the gold standard against which any alternative method has to be compared, nevertheless this technique is invasive with risks of infection and heart damages. Therefore, our aim was to develope a user friendly computerized tool able to analyse the surface ECG signal in order to find any variation reliably related to the presence of AHR in between or within the transplanted.
