Rome, the facade of Palazzo dei Conservatori

The contribution tends to highlight the architectural reality of the facade through some graphical restitutions of the architectural orders and of other parts characterising it. Nonetheless, come brief mention would seem opportune of scholars who initiated their reflections on Michelangelo's order and helped orient and guide subsequent research. This study demonstrates in the long lived experience between the study of the sources, the knowledge of architectural reality and the implementation of the restoration of both the brick curtain and travertines and stuccos.
