We use a hierarchical Bayesian model to address some scientific questions at stake in understanding the organism reactions of allergic patients exposed to a new oral desensitization treatment. Experimental data consists of proteomic microarray measurements where the main statistical issue is to adapt a conveniently flexible model which accounts for interior spot dependence.
