Il valore educativo del disegno.

Durante gli incontri con gli allievi dei corsi di Disegno della Facoltà di Ingegneria dell’Università Sapienza di Roma, il prof. Gaspare de Fiore ha spesso sottolineato il valore educativo del disegno, affermando più volte che “forse disegnare costituisce una occasione per un mondo migliore”. Accanto al disegno eseguito con la matita, a mano libera e a riga e squadra, insegniamo ai nostri allievi anche l’uso dei programmi informatici del CAD. Saper usare sia la matita che il computer è importante ai fini didattici e professionali; riconosciamo che l’uno non può sostituire l’altro perché entrambi strumenti fondamentali utili per esprimersi. Tuttavia siamo consapevoli che il disegno eseguito direttamente attraverso la nostra mano, che impugna la matita, consente di trasmettere anche emozioni, di partecipare e di riflettere con maggiore cognizione. De Fiore ci ha insegnato il “disegno interiore”, un disegno che nasce dentro di noi e ci consente di apprezzare meglio la vita, la poesia, di comunicare emozioni e sogni. La matita diventa un prolungamento della mente, ma soprattutto un prolungamento della nostra anima. In tal modo l’uomo può disegnare immaginando anche qualcosa che non c’è, che non ritrova nella realtà che lo circonda, ma che invece è presente nella realtà dentro di sé. Si può disegnare anche un cavallo con le ali, perché sono le ali della fantasia che ci consentono di vedere attraverso il ricordo della visione e attraverso l’immaginazione. “Il disegno è dentro di noi, bisogna solo imparare a disegnare”. E’ inutile disegnare tanto per disegnare, è necessario disegnare con convinzione e soprattutto con dedizione; questo messaggio, tante volte sottolineato dal Prof. de Fiore, è fondamentale per la nostra disciplina e ritengo che uno dei compiti dell’insegnante è anche quello di trasmettere l’entusiasmo per il disegno per il raggiungimento di risultati sempre migliori. In this way the man can draw imagining that there is also something that is not reflected in the reality that surrounds him, but that is the reality within. You can also draw a horse with wings, because they are the wings of imagination that allows us to see through the memory of the vision and through the imagination. "The design is within us, you just learn to draw." It 'no use just to draw draw, you have to draw with conviction and above all dedication this message, many times pointed out by Prof. De Fiore, is fundamental to our discipline and I think that one of the teacher is to transmit enthusiasm for the plan to achieve better results.
