The Technical Committee on Blind Signal Processing (BSP) is a subsidiary organization of the IEEE Circuits and Systems (CAS) Society and it is governed by the rules and regulations of the IEEE and by the constitution and bylaws of IEEE CAS, which take precedence over these bylaws in case of a conflict. The goal of the Technical Committee on BSP is to foster research, development, education, and industrial dissemination of knowledge relating to the emerging field of BSP and its applications in electrical and computer engineering and in related fields. The field of BSP includes, but is not limited to: Blind source separation Independent component analysis Blind channel identification and equalization Semi-blind signal processing Statistical circuit theory Algorithms for blind signal processing Implementation by circuits and systems Applications to medical signal and imaging Applications to wireless communication Applications to remote sensor systems
