The fundamental contributions of Bruno de Finetti are the concept of exchangeability and de Finetti-type theorems. These fields have been extensively developed in the last few decades and important contributions have beengiven by Authors of articles that appear in the present collection. We briefly discuss about the articles presented in this volume, illustrating how these articles contain recent results and also provide a review of relevant issues from the literature.
