The enlargement of the sphere of skills in the restoration has had clear implications for lexical, resulting in the uncontrolled expansion of the same term "project", applied in areas closely related to architecture (we speak now of the project in relation to the definition of the restoration of surfaces, organization of the diagnostics, the same historical research), but also in wider contexts (such as the political and economic management of funds, cultural activities, or simply marketing aimed at enhancement of the factory). In this way, you are determining the progressive emptying of the architectural significance of the term, a phenomenon that reflects the crisis well that, as a whole, is going through the architecture in Italy and in the world, more and more interests hostage to "others." The contribution provides a discussion of the problems related to the restoration project in architecture, referring to the aims, methods and tools related to it in view of the innovations introduced by the changed cultural sensitivity and inclusion of new technologies.

Abstract
The enlargement of the sphere of skills in the restoration has had clear implications for lexical, resulting in the uncontrolled expansion of the same term "project", applied in areas closely related to architecture (we speak now of the project in relation to the definition of the restoration of surfaces, organization of the diagnostics, the same historical research), but also in wider contexts (such as the political and economic management of funds, cultural activities, or simply marketing aimed at enhancement of the factory). In this way, you are determining the progressive emptying of the architectural significance of the term, a phenomenon that reflects the crisis well that, as a whole, is going through the architecture in Italy and in the world, more and more interests hostage to "others." The contribution provides a discussion of the problems related to the restoration project in architecture, referring to the aims, methods and tools related to it in view of the innovations introduced by the changed cultural sensitivity and inclusion of new technologies.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
