Abstract
Polyphenylene vinylene (PPV) and its derivatives represent the prototype systems for the realization of luminescent layers in electroluminescent light emitting diodes. In the present paper is reported a study of the kinetics of electrochemiluminescence (ECL) produced by 4-methoxy(2'ethyhexoxyl)-2.5-PPV thin coatings when different electrochemical conditions are adopted. To our knowledge this represents one of the few critical studies on the features of the ECL produced by polymer modified electrodes.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
