Where design grows up

Il libro offre una chiave di lettura ragionata sulla formazione del Design in Europa. Ogni Scuola è analizzata, attraverso le parole di chi ne fa direttamente parte o di osservatori esterni, per il suo portato innovativo nelle diverse declinazioni del design. Tale mappatura, senza la pretesa di esaurire lo scenario, ci fornisce un’interessante e originale chiave di interpretazione su quale possa essere il futuro della formazione nel campo del Design. The book offer a key to reading the educational system of Design in Europe. Each Schools, thanks to authors directly involved or as external observers, is analyzed about its innovative skills in the different Design fields. This map, while not presuming to exhaustively describe the scenario, provides us with an interesting and original key for interpreting the future of the Education of Design. For this, we want to thank the authors and the Schools for their collaboration, and first of all thanks to Cumulus, the International Association of Universities and Colleges of Art, Design and Media, as the ‘foremost’ space of analysis.
