The present publication does not pretend to be a technical manual, in substitution it’s aim is to provide some knowledge related to the numerous aspects involved in the relation between the Natural Stone sector and the environmental questions that are directly associated. The main intention is to provide a wider approach to these issues allowing at the same time to a greater range of involved people the access to the environmental problematic in this industrial sector. The edition “Best Practices on Environment on Natural Stones” assumes it self as a document to be used has a consulting element where information about the questions related to the environment and the natural stones can be found.
