However, there exists an uncertainty regarding the future of Italy—rooted in its international standing—that also possesses an endogenous origin: it stems from the outcomes brought about by the ruling classes that have governed the country for over three decades. This uncertainty now encompasses Italy's position within the global framework, as well as its institutional landscape, which has experienced profound discontinuities in electoral legislation, constitutional reforms, and even the unprecedented re-election of Presidents of the Republic.
