This paper presents a proposal for the rehabilitation of the Al Nouri Mosque complex in Mosul, which was selected as the outcome of an international design competition launched by UNESCO within the “Revive the Spirit of Mosul Initiative”. The project, developed by a multidisciplinary team of architects and engineers, serves as an emblematic initiative for urban and cultural regeneration, aiming to restore the historical and symbolic role of the site within the city’s fabric.
