The site of Khirbat Al Batrawi, a 3d-millennium BC city discovered in 2004, has been systematically explored the by the Expedition to Jordan of "La Sapienza" University of Rome since 2005 (Nigro 2006a, 2006b, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010a, 2010b, 2010c, 2011, 2012a, 2012b, 2012c, 2013a, 2013b, 2014a, 2016а, 2016b, 2017a, 2017b, 2020, 2021; Nigro and Gallo 2022; Nigro and Sala 2009, 2010, 2011; Nigro et al. 2008, 2010a, 2020). Archaeological investigations and restoration works were carried out under the aegis of the Department of Antiquities of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, with the support of Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Italian Ministry of University and Scientific Research. This preliminary report focuses on the discoveries of the sixteenth-eighteenth seasons (2020-2022).
