The Church of San Nicola di Bari, in the village of San Polo dei Cavalieri, dates to between the 13th and 14th centuries and was enlarged in 1587. Located beside the Orsini-Cesi-Borghese castle, it features a gabled façade with a votive marble portal and a travertine bell tower (1683). The single-nave interior preserves twentieth-century decorations, an eighteenth-century altar, and frescoes and paintings of Roman provenance.
