Il “Vangelo verde” secondo Bohdan Ihor Antonyč

An analysis of the mythological symbols in Bohdan Ihor Antonych's poetry during Ukrainian Modernism (first three decades of the XX century). A dialectic synthesis bringing together Lviv (as the city at the crossroads of Ukrainian and Polish cultures) and the Carpathians (as they appear in the folkloristic tradition of Lemki). An investigation into the pantheistic feeling of the poet permeated by Christian belief. The relationship with the Polish poetry of that period.

Analisi dei codici mitologici nella poesia di Bohdan Ihor Antonyč nel contesto del Modernismo ucraino del primo trentennio del Novecento. Leopoli (come città metafora della cultura ucraina e polacca) e Carpazi (nella tradizione della cultura popolare dei Lemki) in sintesi dialettica. Disamina del sentire panteistico del poeta calato nel sentimento cristiano. Rapporto con la poesia polacca del tempo.
