Introduzione

This volume collects the Background Papers (BP) related to the 11th Urban@it Report, entitled "Not Just Home. Rethinking the Housing System," which focuses on housing policies in Italy. In line with previous experiences, the BPs collected here constitute a fundamental reference and an important complement to the Report, which contains a complete list and is extensively cited. These BPs were collected through a specific call for contributions that remained open for a long time, and were partly presented at a seminar entitled "Nodes and Questions for a National Housing Policy. Towards the 11th Urban@it Report," organized by Urban@it at Sapienza University of Rome on February 14, 2025.

Il presente volume raccoglie i Background Papers (BP) connessi all’XI Rapporto Urban@it, dal titolo Non solo casa. Ripensare il sistema dell’abitare, dedicato alle politiche abitative in Italia. In linea con le precedenti esperienze, i BP qui raccolti costituiscono un riferimento fondamentale e un complemento importante del Rapporto, nel quale è presente la lista completa e sono ampiamente citati. I presenti BP sono stati raccolti attraverso una call specifica rimasta a lungo aperta a contributi, e sono stati in parte presentati in un seminario dal titolo Nodi e questioni per una politica nazionale dell’abitare.
