The contribution analyzes the rules on incompatibility and ineligibility for appointments in public employment. It first examines the general provision contained in Legislative Decree No. 165/2001, then the special regulations, and finally the legislation governing incompatibility and ineligibility within the framework of anti-corruption laws.
Il contributo analizza le discipline delle incompatibilità e delle inconferibilità di incarichi nel lavoro pubblico. Sono trattate dapprima la disciplina generale contenuta nel d.lgs. n. 165/2001, quindi le discipline speciali e infine la normativa che disciplina le incompatibilità e le inconferibilità nel contesto della legislazione “anticorruzione”.
