This paper presents the archaeobotanical results of the domus de janas IV of S’Elighe Entosu necropolis (Usini). A number of plant macroremains (130 anthracological fragments and 10 carpological remains) were isolated and identified. Five woody taxa (Vitis vinifera L., Olea europaea L. var. sylvestris Brot. (sin. Olea oleaster L.), Quercus sp. deciduous group, Quercus sp. evergreen oak and Alnus sp.) and two herbaceous plants (Euphorbia helioscopia L., Potentilla sp.) suggest the presence of a meso-hygrophilous woodland in the landscape surrounding the tomb and allow new insight into funerary rituals in Sardinia during the Bronze age.
