Incidencia de las habilidades gerenciales sobre la solución de problemas en organizaciones

The purpose of this document is to describe the incidence of managerial skills on problem solving in organizations. A documentary review of works published in English and Spanish was used as a methodology, taking into account that this allows the identification of previously developed research, understanding the reason for the study and building starting points with theoretical bases. As a result, it was possible to identify the influence exerted by these skills on the strengthening of problem solving strategies to adequately face the different situations that can be generated in organizations, achieving: a) understanding managerial skills as a fundamental element for proper management in organizations, b) analyzing problem solving as a transversal tool in the professional performance of an organizational manager and c) exploring the incidence of managerial skills and problem solving in organizations.
