The research project aims to define innovative paths of fruition centred on the artistic-cultural heritage of the Indian subcontinent in Italy, elaborated according to the paradigm of the participatory museum and the methodology of Community-Based Participatory Research (i.e. through co-design with a source community, in this case the Bangladeshi community of Torpignattara in Rome) and through the use of new digital technologies and Artificial Intelligence, in the framework of the decolonisation of cultural heritage. Specifically, the research project intends to investigate to what extent co-design practices within the context of the artistic-cultural heritage can implement social inclusion and the wellbeing of communities at risk of marginalisation, as well as – thanks to the use of new digital technologies – develop digital skills, with a view to promoting active citizenship according to the lifelong learning paradigm. At the current stage of the research, it is not possible to present data, as we are currently in the phase of setting up the working group through contacts with the source community. However, the systematic review of the literature, some case studies analysed during a study period abroad, and the ways in which contacts with the Bangladeshi community in Rome were initiated will be taken into account.

Abstract
However, the systematic review of the literature, some case studies analysed during a study period abroad, and the ways in which contacts with the Bangladeshi community in Rome were initiated will be taken into account.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
