Il valore delle istituzioni democratiche

A partire dal principio della separazione dei poteri teorizzato da Montesquieu, viene mostrato come Parlamento, Governo, Presidente della Repubblica, Magistratura e Corte costituzionale svolgano funzioni complementari e indipendenti per assicurare il buon funzionamento della democrazia italiana.
