Il regime giuridico dei percorsi della transumanza. Tutela e valorizzazione nel contesto ordinamentale

The work deals with the legal regime of transhumance roads in light of their landscapecultural value. The author, after describing the historical-legal evolution of these paths, focuses on the legal instruments and on the general and sectoral urban plans that allow its protection and enhancement, both on a national and regional level. Furthermore, the relationship between protection and tourist exploitation of the transhumance roads is highlighted in the framework of the so-called economics of culture. Then, after examining the collective property regime, the author focuses on the aspects that distinguish this regime from that of transhumance roads.
