The rapid development of digital technologies calls for a necessary and responsible reflection on the ongoing transformation dynamics within the discipline, as architecture cannot escape the changes and new tools with which the designer interacts. In the wide panorama of transformation related to the current historical contingency, there is no choice but to discuss the evolutionary scenarios that involve architecture, starting from the increasingly complex generative processes and extending the view to the modes of representation and interaction with the end-user. The contribution consists of a first part, of a general and summary nature, concerning crucial aspects on the theme, and a second part where the intrinsic link between the writing author’s work and the latest digital technologies is explained, through the sharing of the work carried out at the design level and the tools employed for the architectural composition of the realized works.
