The article explores the importance of an integrated methodological approach for data acquisition, combining direct field surveys and indirect analysis through historical and documentary sources. In postemergency contexts, advanced technologies such as Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) and aerial photogrammetry allow for the collection of detailed and quantitative information about the built heritage, facilitating damage assessment and reconstruction. Instrumental surveys provide precise three-dimensional models, which, combined with sociocultural data gathered through interviews with residents, enable a comprehensive understanding of territorial transformations. Additionally, the adoption of tools like Building Information Modeling (BIM) for 3D modeling enhances the reconstruction process, improving planning, cost management, and future building maintenance. Rapid surveying, supported by documentary and technical data, plays a crucial role in safety assessments and seismic vulnerability evaluation.
