La parità di genere nel dibattito all'Assemblea Costituente. Il contributo di Maria Agamben Federici

The profoundly innovative choices on gender equality that characterize the constitutional text were also realized thanks to the fundamental contribution of the 21 women present in the Constituent Assembly. Among them, the A. dwells on the role of Maria Agamben Federici with particular regard to the elaboration of Article 37 and Article 51 of the text of the Constitution, as well as in relation to the matter of the presence of women in the judiciary.

Le scelte, profondamente innovative, che in materia di eguaglianza dei sessi caratterizzano il testo costituzionale furono realizzate anche grazie al fondamentale apporto delle 21 donne presenti nell'Assemblea costituente. Tra queste l'A. si sofferma sul ruolo di Maria Agamben Federici con particolare riguardo all'elaborazione dell'articolo 37 e dell'articolo 51 del testo della Costituzione, nonché in relazione alla vicenda della presenza delle donne in magistratura.
