First edition of a papyrus fragment, now preserved in the Biblioteca Medicea Laurenziana. It is plausibly dating back to the late 6th century and is written in a hand that imitates certain slightly older chancery scripts. It seems to concern a controversy which arose between two spouses regarding some items of clothing. A tiny, apparently ancient nail still stuck in one margin could reveal that the document had been publicly posted. The main point of interest of the text consists in some new lexicographic and linguistic features it offers.

Abstract
First edition of a papyrus fragment, now preserved in the Biblioteca Medicea Laurenziana. It is plausibly dating back to the late 6th century and is written in a hand that imitates certain slightly older chancery scripts. It seems to concern a controversy which arose between two spouses regarding some items of clothing. A tiny, apparently ancient nail still stuck in one margin could reveal that the document had been publicly posted. The main point of interest of the text consists in some new lexicographic and linguistic features it offers.| File | Dimensione | Formato | |
