The Wizarding World contemplates its version of the international legal order. A direct testimony comes to us from the Harry Potter and Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them sagas, in which the author uses international legal instruments and institutions and principles crystallized in international law to give the narrative a space-time context easily identifiable by readers. In this chapter, we will analyze the two sagas in search of elements belonging to the legal system to demonstrate that pop culture is indeed influenced by law.
