Su alcuni frammenti di fabula Atellana

This paper deals with a number of fragments of the Atellan farce handed down by the sources with noticeable errors. In such cases it is often difficult for proposed solutions to gain universal acceptance. Nevertheless, I will attempt to contribute to the restoration and understanding of these texts taking proper account of source’s evidence, the metrics and the possible context in which the line was performed. The passages considered are the following: Pomp. 41 R.3; 411 R.3; Nov. 3/4 R.3; 22/3 R.3; 37 R.3, and Pomp. 51–52 R.3.
