Bilateral Academic and Scientific Relations between Italy and Albania: New Pathways to Follow for Achieving the Citizens Quality of Life

Italy and Albania have had a rich and interlocutory relationship for centuries due to historical ties, geopolitical factors, economic cooperation, and cultural exchanges. Moreover, scholars, researchers, and experts from both countries have been playing an essential role in addressing and sharing various topics relevant to the often-called “country of eagles.” Their work spans from architecture to urban planning, archaeology, and landscape architecture. Many of them are supported by conferences, exhibitions, events, publications, and architectural and urban proposals. These initiatives have opened new pathways for envisioning its future.
