Misure di contrasto al reclutamento illecito di manodopera nel settore agricolo tra pubblico e privato

In recent years, illegal recruitment and exploitation of workers in the agricultural sector have become particularly dramatic in Italy as well as in other regions of the world. To shed light on the role that public and private actors may play in the fight against those phenomena at both supranational and domestic levels, the essay critically reviews the main normative measures developed by the International Labor Organization and the European Union, as well as some examples of global private regulations. The paper then proceeds with a short analysis of the Italian and English models.
