Oracolo: terminologia ebraica e greca a confronto nella LXX

Rispetto agli studi tradizionali incentrati sull' "esattezza" o meno della traduzione greca dell'AT, il dibattito attuale è focalizzato sulla tipologia della traduzione stessa, secondo un'ottica che privilegia ora la 'tecnica' ora la 'strategia' di traduzione. Prendendo in esame l'area semantica dell'oracolo, è possibile evidenziare da un lato la complessità delle corrispondenze 'tecniche', dall'altro la presenza di scelte ideologiche - e quindi 'strategiche', nelle rese lessicali. Whereas Old Testament scholarship traditionally concentrates on the (in)correctness of the Greek translation of the OT books, current research focuses on the typology of that translation, privileging either the 'translation strategy' or the 'translation technique'. If we examine the semantic field of the oracle, we can detect, on the one hand, the complexity of the ‘technical’ correspondences and, on the other, the presence of ideological (‘strategic’) choices behind the lexical renderings.
