What's happening in the city suburbs? Some of the dynamics that we attribute only to peripheral areas are processes that characterize the urban development in general. The Paper analyzes the cultural, social and economic paths that produced the Cities where we live. The suburbs of today, characterized by provisional nature typical of those areas, will become the City of the future, consolidating their own development inside the space of the City and working to draw it.
