Auraticità del fenomeno e indeterminatezza del simbolo. Una seconda (e non-ovvia) nozione di “mito” nella "Dialettica dell’illuminismo" di M. Horkheimer e Th. W. Adorno

The article aims to show how, in the reading of the idea of mythos proposed by Horkheimer and Adorno, a way of considering it not only as a repetition of the Same, but also as an openness to the Other is implicit. This is what witnesses, on the one hand, the relationship between the notion of “mana” and the idea of “aura” and, on the other hand, the recognition of the “inexhaustible” character that must be attributed to the conceptual figure of the “symbol”.
