Sensitive career management and workplace design.

The objective of this article/essay/contribution is to initiate a critical reflection on the way of experiencing/semantizing the work space today, highlighting the passage and the increasingly marked mixture between the functionalist architectural vision of a predominantly physical spatiality and bureaucracy of public workplaces and a semiotic approach that takes space as a form of communication, in all its dimensions, virtualizations and nuances of meaning, not least, the hybridization between physical and digital workspace. A stimulus to rethink and design contemporary workspaces without any productive demagogy or aesthetic imposition, but putting before the social and communicative function of the workspace and its importance in interactions between humans and beyond.
