INTRODUZIONE a: GLI STUDI DI STORIA DELL'ARCHITETTURA NELLE RICERCHE DEI DOTTORATI ITALIANI (a cura di Simona Benedetti)

Il testo introduttivo costituisce, in parte l’illustrazione dell’organizzazione del volume stesso, in parte una riflessione a posteriori sulle tipologie di ricerca attualmente in corso, o appena terminate nei corsi di Dottorato di Ricerca italiani nel settore disciplinare di Storia dell’Architettura (ICAR 18). Sulla base dei dati emergenti, si fa un bilancio degli interessi espressi nelle ricerche svolte dai giovani studiosi. In fine l’auspicio di un incremento maggiore per i temi meno frequentati, ma altrettanto importanti nel prezioso quadro dei Beni Architettonici italiani. INGLESE: This triple number of the magazine collects the contributions of the Workshop, that took place in the scene of the Crescenzi's House in December of 2006, dedicated to the knowledge of the researches realized in courses of the Doctorate about the Architecure History that were set up in Italian universities that joined the enterprise (Florence, Genoa, Naples - "Federico II" and "Seconda Università"- Palermo, Pescara, Reggio Calabria, Rome - "Sapienza" and "Roma 3" - Turin, Venice). The introduction of the Coordinator of each Doctorate happens before the sequence of his graduate students' thesis (belonging to XVIII, XIX, XX course). The background of the researches that are presented in this study highlights the varied situation of interests and points of view of the architectural-historical area of academic Departments, proving through documents the importance of themes and variety of disciplinary envelopments that have been realized up to here.
