Designing new cities

Troubled, unresolved spaces that pose endless questions to architecture. They are also spaces where most of humanity dwells and still lives, either by free preference or for violently decided reasons, but which, in opposition and in conflict, offer life itself perspectives of happiness. This has historically been the role of cities in the world, and in the progressive development of their space from the "theatrical" space of the organic city to the " cinematographic" space of the mechanical city and to the latest "telematic" space of post-modernity or hyper-modernity that we are witnessing today, the phenomenon that most questions us as architects is the progressive loss of the "measure" and "limit" of its range. ...
