La coscienza interna del tempo nelle Cartesianische Meditationen di Husserl

Given the lack of a definitive systematisation of the elucidation of time consciousness, the analysis of paragraph 18 of the Cartesianische Meditationen (due to its position within the “second meditation” and its date of writing) plays an important role, articulating together all the deter- minations of the inneres Zeitbewusstsein recognised by Husserl throughout his production. Time consciousness is therein defined as a passive synthesis of identification, internal to the life of consciousness, continuous and em- bracing the entire stream of consciousness in a single temporality. Aim of this contribution is to show the core character of time-consciousness with respect to the other structures of the transcendental subjectivity, i.e. inten- tional correlation, synthesis, and horizon.
