Indication for bilateral adrenalectomy is infrequent. An accurate diagnosis, and pre and postoperative endocrinological patients' management are required in these cases. A multidisciplinary team is mandatory to manage these patients. A minimally invasive surgical approach is strongly recommended in order to obtain good postoperative outcomes and a quickly hospital stay. In this book is reported the management of these patients step by step, from the diagnosis to the postoperative course.
