Excavation on the northeastern slope of the Palatine Hill in Rome has been carried out by the Department of Antiquities of Sapienza - Università di Roma directed by Clementina Panella (2001-2017) and Maria Teresa D’Alessio (2017-today) under Ministry of Culture authorization. The excavation has brought to light an enormous amount of archaeological materials belonging to this area of the ancient city including the Curiae Veteres sanctuary. Since the materials management must be aware of studying, conservation and public access, the excavation’s équipe of Sapienza has been cooperating with the officials of the Parco archeologico del Colosseo in the protection and cataloguing operations, especially during special exhibition or academic publication. Specifically, archaeological storages within the PArCo on the Palatine and in ‘Vetreria Sciarra’ at Sapienza – Università di Roma work as laboratories both for researchers working on Curiae Veteres and from other Universities. Currently, the Parco archeologico del Colosseo and Sapienza - Università di Roma have as next aim the realization of a Museum displaying a selection of materials within the restored archaeological area. Then the excavation of Curiae Veteres is illustrative both of materials management and enhancement, from the perspective of cooperation between Institutions.

Abstract
Then the excavation of Curiae Veteres is illustrative both of materials management and enhancement, from the perspective of cooperation between Institutions.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
