Three stanzas from the Pradakṣiṇasūtra in Khotanese

This is a commented new edition and translation of stanzas 9, 18, and 26 of the Khotanese Pradakṣiṇasūtra (British Library manuscript IOL Khot S. 6 = Ch. 0048). Stanzas 8, 25, 44, and the explicit are also incidentally taken into account and translated. New readings and interpretations are stanza 8 vīna pātta gvāna ‘without (any) downfall at all’ (not vīna pāttagvāna ‘without repulse/opposition’), 9 ruśtä ‘kingship’ (not muśtä ‘favour’), 9 haiysdi ‘present’ < hälysda- (not infinitive of *hīys- ‘to rise’), 18 u vāra ‘and absent’ (not uvāra, untranslated), 26 ka bi ‘if one has been harmed’ (not kabi ‘hero’), 26 thagāja ‘oppressed’ (not ‘mighty/strong’), etc. A glossary to stanzas 9, 18, and 26 is provided as a reading aid.
