«Asia Minor» è una rivista internazionale dedicata all’archeologia e storia della Turchia dalla preistoria all’età selgiuchide. Il mondo anatolico rappresenta una delle realtà culturali tra le più ricche e sfaccettate dell’antichità: data la complessità e la diversità del suo patrimonio culturale, quest’area geografica offre un ampio campo per ricerche all’avanguardia con prospettive innovative e approcci stimolanti nei più diversi settori del mondo antico. La Rivista potrà accogliere contributi riguardanti ogni aspetto dell’archeologia, della storia e delle discipline ad esse connesse, nella misura in cui gettino nuova luce sulla società, l’arte e la cultura materiale dell’Anatolia antica. Saranno particolarmente apprezzati articoli che presentano nuove scoperte, relazioni e risultati di importanti progetti di ricerca, scavi e ricognizioni o che aprono nuove prospettive teoretiche con approcci multidisciplinari. «Asia Minor» is an international journal focused on the archaeology and history of Turkey from Prehistory to the Seljuk period. The Anatolian world represents one of the most significant and multifaced cultural realities in Antiquity. Given the complexity and the variety of its cultural heritage, this geographical area offers innovative perspectives of cutting-edge research, as well as a broad field for new investigations and challenging approaches in the various sectors of the ancient world. All aspects of archaeology and history and related fields will be relevant for inclusion, insofar as they shed new light on the society, art and material culture of ancient Anatolia. Articles that announce new discoveries, present reports and achievements from important research projects, excavations and surveys or break new theoretical ground with multidisciplinary approaches are especially welcome.
